| Poor cleaning in commercial use | Overloading, incorrect detergent, hard water buildup | Follow load capacity guidelines, use commercial detergent, descale if needed |
| Water not draining | Drain hose clogged, pump obstruction, commercial drain restrictions | Check drain system, clean pump filter, ensure proper drain height |
| Water leakage | Hose connection loose, over-sudsing, worn door seal | Tighten connections, reduce detergent, inspect and replace seals |
| Excessive vibration | Unbalanced load, uneven floor, shipping bolts not removed | Redistribute load, level machine, remove all shipping materials |
| Motor hums but won't start | Motor capacitor failure, belt issues, mechanical obstruction | Check capacitor, inspect drive system, clear any obstructions |
