Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Pipe wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Level
  • Tape measure
  • Pipe thread sealant

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Select Location: Choose a solid, level concrete floor near plumbing and electrical connections with adequate ventilation.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all transit bolts and packaging materials from the washer.
  3. Connect Water Supply: Connect hot and cold water supply lines using commercial-grade hoses and proper thread sealant.
  4. Install Drain System: Route drain hose to approved standpipe with air gap to prevent backflow and siphoning.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated 120V, 60Hz, 15-20 amp grounded outlet. Commercial installation may require 208-240V.
  6. Level the Washer: Adjust front leveling legs to ensure machine is perfectly level in all directions.
  7. Initial Test Run: Run empty cycle to check for leaks, proper operation, and drain function.
