Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Pipe thread seal tape

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near necessary plumbing and electrical connections on a solid, level floor with proper ventilation.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts and packaging materials from the washing machine. Keep shipping bolts for future moves.
  3. Connect Water Supply: Connect hot and cold water supply lines to the water inlet valves. Use only new hoses and apply pipe thread seal tape.
  4. Connect Drain Hose: Route the drain hose into a standpipe or laundry tub with a high loop to prevent backflow and siphoning.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC only outlet. Do not use an extension cord or adapter.
  6. Level the Washer: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the washer is level from front to back and side to side. Use a level for accuracy.
  7. Test Run: Run the washer through a complete cycle to check for leaks, proper operation, and vibration issues.
Warning: All installations must be performed by a qualified technician to ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage.
