Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • 4-inch duct clamp
  • Tape measure

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance on a solid, level floor.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts and packaging materials from the dryer.
  3. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect gas line using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded 120V, 60Hz outlet for electric models or 120V for gas models ignition system.
  5. Ventilation System: Install 4-inch diameter metal ductwork with minimal bends. Ensure proper exterior venting.
  6. Level the Dryer: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the dryer is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Run: Run the dryer through a complete cycle to check for proper operation and ventilation.
Warning: Gas line connections must be performed by a qualified technician. Improper installation may void warranty and create safety hazards.

Troubleshooting
