Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • 4-wire power cord (if not included)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near necessary ventilation and electrical connections on a solid, level floor.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts and packaging materials from the dryer.
  3. Install Venting System: Connect 4-inch diameter metal venting to the dryer exhaust outlet using clamps.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 60Hz outlet. Follow local electrical codes.
  5. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect gas line using approved flexible connector (gas models only).
  6. Level the Dryer: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the dryer is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Run: Run the dryer through a complete cycle to check for proper operation and ventilation.
