Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • 4-inch duct clamps

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a well-ventilated area with proper clearance on all sides on a solid, level floor.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts and packaging materials from the dryer.
  3. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect gas line using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC only outlet. Gas models require 120V, electric models require 240V.
  5. Vent Installation: Install 4-inch diameter metal vent duct. Keep duct run as short and straight as possible.
  6. Level the Dryer: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the dryer is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Run: Run the dryer through a complete cycle to check for proper operation and ventilation.
Warning: Gas line connections must be performed by a qualified technician. Improper installation may create safety hazards.

Troubleshooting
